Our Quality service is certified by the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, ensuring that the entire production cycle takes place in accordance with international quality standards. Control starts with the reception of the raw materials to be used in production.

During the production process, the size and aesthetic requirements are checked, to ensure the exact fulfilment of each single detail, thereby guaranteeing the customer's expectations as well.


Quality management takes into consideration:


  • planning of the activities of the quality management system (audits, corrective and preventive actions);
  • design supervision;
  • qualification of suppliers;
  • monitoring of customer satisfaction and managing complaints;
  • control of system documentation and records;
  • control of testing and measuring instruments;
  • control of products/services;
  • management of returns (reverse logistics)
  • monitoring of all processes identified within the company;
  • management of a system of indicators for assessing the processes;
  • reporting and periodic reviews by senior management.
