Eccentric, toggle and hydraulic presses

Ma.Sa.Fa. has a sheet metal pressing line with eccentric presses with a total number of completely automated lines of 15 machines with power from 30 to 400 tonnes. Below, we list some of them:

• 500 tons flat Cattaneo press line 2200x1350 composed of straightening electronic feed from 1000x4 of 60qli;

• Bliss press line from 400ton Piani 2500x1000 composed of straightening electronic feed 600x6 of 40qli;

• Ambrogio Galli press line from 350ton floor 2000x1000 composed of straightening electronic power supply 500x4 of 30qli;

• Balconi press line from 250ton 2000x1000 floor composed of 600x2 25qli electronic ballast and 7-station checkered transfer;

• Colombo Agostino press line 200tonne 1300x900 plan composed of electronic power supply 300x3 of 20qli;

• Oti 200ton 200x1250 flat line composed of a 300x3 electronic power supply with 20qli;

• 2 Balconi press lines of 150ton 1300x900 floor composed of straightening electronic power supply from 400x4 of 20qli;

• 2 Balconi press line from 150tonne with double upright 1500x1000 level composed by straightening electronic power supply from 400x4 of 20qli;

• 2 Balconi and Colombo Agostino 100tonne 1000x800 flat press lines composed of a 300x2 15qli mechanical feeder;

• toggle press 1000tonne 1200x1000 line consisting of a 400x4 20qli mechanical feeder

• 400ton 800x800 toggle press line consisting of a 200x3 15qli mechanical feeder

• Emanuel hydraulic press of 300 tonnes on the floor 1500 x 1000

Robotic molding island

There are 3 robotic molding islands, composed of

• 250tonne press with 20 kg robot

• 2 100tonne robot 45 kg presses

• 250tonne tranfert press
