Eccentric presses

Ma.Sa.Fa. has a sheet metal pressing line with eccentric presses, for a total number of completely automated lines of 15 machines with power from 30 to 400 tonnes. Below we list some of them:

Bliss press line from 400tonne 2500x1000 composed of straightening electronic feed 600x6 of 40qli;
Ambrogio Galli press line from 350tonne floor 2000x1000 composed of straightening electronic feed 500x4 from 30qli;
Balconi press line 250tonne floor 2000x1000 floor composed of 600x2 25qli electronic ballast and 7-station checkered transfer;
Colombo Agostino 200tonne 1300x900 flat press line composed of 300x3 electronic power supply with 20qli;
Balconi press line from 150tonne floor 1300x900 composed of straightening electronic power supply from 400x4 from 20qli;
2 Balconi and Colombo Agostino 100ton press lines of 100ton 1000x800 floor composed of a 300x2 15qli mechanical feeder;
Cattaneo press 500 ton range 2200x1350 composed by straightening electronic feed from 1000x4 to 60qli;
Robotic molding island, consisting of a 250tonne press and a 30 kg robot.

Hydraulic press and metal processing

We also have cutting-edge machinery for molding and processing metals and for finishing on metals and assemblies as well as a suitably trained and competent team which allows us to follow the complete processing of a product from the initial idea up to the finished and tangible result by hand.

The products obtained are used in various fields, such as urban and industrial construction, lighting and furnishings.

Ma.Sa.Fa. also has an Emanuel hydraulic press of 250x 1500x1200 levels.
